CarraSyn Hydrogel is an amazingly useful therapy for abrasions, insect bites, burns, cuts, scalp infections due to my wife's scratching when her scalp itches, etc. Even though the white anti-biotic ointments are excellent, this item is outstanding. It is a component of my "need to take" list whenever I am limited in the items I can take with me when I vacation in the desert or in Mexico--or elsewhere!
